Message	He is not hiding this but people still vote for him. People think a by product of this strategy will be a better country. If we end up with a better country it will be more of a happy coincidence than by design. Kind of like the military, throw money at it and make yours. If the country is a little stronger in the process, great. Even then, ask for more money.
